At times, when you are running alone at night, you just wished that you are running with someone.. I had that thought tonight when I was running alone passed midnight, not because it's midnight, but because of something funny happened with my heart. Scared the hell out of me.
This is the most unusual run ever. At first it went all smooth. Planning to run for 10km only. I don't want to push myself tonight, running at slower speed than last night. Went to usual route but seems that there's a plenty of this retarded motorcyclist that racing on the street illegally. I have to pay special attention not to be at a wrong place at the wrong time. But I feel good and decided to go for 15km again.
I'm wearing my Fastwitch 4 since I have not use it almost a month and I felt that the shoes shrunk slightly. I'm not sure if my feet getting wider or maybe because it's late at night whereby it's normal that the feet get larger at the end of the day. Anyway, I had to stop couple of time to re-adjust my shoe to get better fit. Only after 35 minutes of running, I checked on my micoach for the stats, when I heard the my HR is around 196 bpm, I was slightly shocked, because my HR never been so high with slow pace, but I keep on going with slower pace, recheck my stats, now even higher, it's way 200+bpm, and my pace is already around 5.30min/km. I slowed down then stopped totally, do some stretching and readjust my shoes for 5 minutes and continue to run. Well, now it seems to be ok. Slightly higher around 175+bpm and it's a bit irregular rates. Maybe I need to head back to home now. I don't want to have a heart attack in the middle of the night on the street alone. Planning for detour for McDonald's but had to cancel it. The strange thing is I don't feel dizzy or any uncomfortable pain on my chest or left hand or headache.

I'm still watching my HR using my father's blood pressure monitor to see any changes. By the way, 3 years ago, I was admitted to ICU for suspected Bradycardia but it was a missed diagnose because my resting heart rate was around 35-40 bpm. So I have the right to be extra careful.
